Cancellation by the Customer

If you choose to cancel your rental, please note that we do not issue refunds for any reason. However, we offer a rain-check option that allows you to apply your payment toward a future rental.

Rain-Check Policy

Weather-Related Cancellations

If weather conditions prevent the setup or installation of rented equipment, we do not issue refunds. However, the rain-check policy above will apply.

We understand that severe weather and other uncontrollable circumstances can occur, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs within the rain-check validity period.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, including those related to Covid-19 or any other emergencies or disasters. Deposits secure equipment availability and cover administrative costs. Refunds are not issued under any circumstances.

Rebooking

If you’d like to reschedule your rental within the one-year rain-check period, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on equipment availability.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund policy and related terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review and accept these terms before finalizing a reservation.
