Event equipments are reserved upon signed rental agreement with a 50% deposit for orders over $300 or 100% for orders under $300. The full balance of order is due 7 business days prior to delivery.
If you decide to cancel your rental, or weather prohibits installation we do not issue refunds for any reason but will hold your funds as a raincheck which is valid for 1 year, to be used anytime you wish starting the day after your original event date. Note that items can only be cancelled prior to delivery.
Reservations are required! Reserve your equipment as soon as possible so that you know you will be able to get what you need.
Yes! Average delivery rates start at $50, dependent on location. Table and chair delivery includes door-to-door on the ground floor with no stairs, such as the garage, front door, or driveway (WITHIN 50 FT FROM OUR TRUCK). Pre-arrangement and additional fees are required for deliveries and pickups to remote or difficult locations (i.e. backyards, decks, stairs, elevators, etc). Yes, we do offer customer pick-ups on selected items! Call us at 346-426-8286 to find out if the item you want is available for pick-up and to schedule a time.
Our standard delivery service is Monday through Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. After and before hours delivery is available for an additional fee. Please contact us or fill out a form for pricing.
Yes! Deliveries can be scheduled, and we guarantee delivery within a two-hour window between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This service must be arranged prior to delivery day and can be limited by the number of specified time requests we receive for a given day. Delivery rates start at $50. Call us for more information.
Unfortunately not, we charge for time out not time used.
We can set up the equipment for an extra charge (rates vary per item). Normally, when we deliver, we stack the items in the garage or dock area. However, some items do include setup and tear down, such as tents.
You will be charged the replacement cost on that item.

A valid Texas state ID is required on ALL rentals. You must be at least 18 years old to rent.
